FF Regalo is a purebred Peruvian Horse stallion, imported from the United States. As Regalo is a cremello (double cream dilute), all his foals will be creme dilutes (e.g., palomino, buckskin, smoky black) depending upon the mares' colours.
Regalo is standing to a limited number of outside mares for the 2010/11 breeding season. Book your mare in now to ensure a breeding to this outstanding stallion.

Breeding philosophy
Our policy at Smooth Running Peruvians is to produce strong, well grown, healthy and secure horses.
Our mares and foals are run in a herd so the foals learn:
1. To be a horse
2. To know their place and therefore have respect
Our foals are usually weaned between 8 and 13 months of age. This, combined with the herd experience, makes for a respectful, secure horse. This is the start I prefer to give all our youngsters so if you are purchasing from Smooth Running the youngsters will be well but not over handled. We teach them to be respectful of human space and to lead and tie up. They have regular foot care and worming.
You may wish to pre-book a foal from your mare of choice, buy at birth or wait until they are a little older. If you purchase early you are welcome to visit and work with them yourself until weaning. All care, no responsibility is taken, so if you make a purchase Insurance is advisable.
